Understanding Account Pages

UNDERSTANDING ACCOUNT PAGES

One member has access to 2 (two) seemingly identical Account Pages.

Notice that these 2 Pages also have Common Elements: Item Reviews, Items, Media, and Profile. However, these Common Elements have independent applications in each of these Account Pages.

The main difference between these two Account pages is that the First Account Page allows you to Add, Edit, and Access your Trade Leads, Events and Special Offers. One the other hand, the Second Account Page focuses on Adding, Editing, and Accessing your Company Profile/ Business Listing.

The details in the different applications of these Menus are presented in the section below.

APPLICATIONS OF EACH MENU ELEMENT IN BOTH ACCOUNT PAGES

ITEM REVIEWS

This is one of the Common Menus in both Account Pages.

Note that in both cases, you, the user, must Approve the Reviews for them to be Published and become visible for other visitors.

FIRST ACCOUNT PAGE

Under the “Item Reviews” Menu of the First Account Page, a User will only find the Reviews that customers have left in the “Leave a Review” section found under each and every Trade Lead Post.

SECOND ACCOUNT PAGE

Here, however, a user can only find the Reviews that customers leave in the “Leave a Review” section found under your Company Profile.

ITEMS

This is also one of the Common Menus in both Account Pages. It is also probably the most important Menu in both Account Pages, as it is where you will be Adding, Editing, and Accessing your Trade Leads as well as your Company Profile depending on which Account Page you choose to access.

FIRST ACCOUNT PAGE

Under the “Items” Menu of the First Account Page, you can Add and Edit your Trade Leads.

SECOND ACCOUNT PAGE

Under the “Items” Menu of the Second Account Page, you can Add and Edit your Company Profile.

EVENTS PRO

This is not a Common Menu. It can only be found in the First Account Page. This is where you will be Adding and/or Editing your Events.

SPECIAL OFFERS

This too is not a Common Menu. It can only be found in the First Account Page. This is where you will be Adding and/or Editing your Special Offers.

MEDIA

This is also one of the Common Menus in both Account Pages. Here you can easily Add and/or Delete any Medial File in your Media Library including Image, Audio and Video files.

FIRST ACCOUNT PAGE

Here you can Manage the Media Files that you will be using while Adding and/or Editing your Trade Leads, Events and Special Offers.

SECOND ACCOUNT PAGE

Here you can only Manage the Media Files that you will be using to Add and/or Edit your Company Profile/ Business Listing.

PROFILE

This is also one of the Common Menus in both Account Pages.

FIRST ACCOUNT PAGE

However, the information needed in both Account Pages is the same. Therefore, a user only needs to Access the Profile Page in the First Account Page to Fill-in and/or Update all the required Personal and Contact Information, as well as complete any other such tasks as:

SECOND ACCOUNT PAGE

As you will be Filling-in and/or Updating all required information in the Profile Page of the First Account Page, there is no need to do the same and make any changes in the Profile Page of the Second Account Page.
