HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- ONLY PREMIUM MEMBERS NEED TO RENEW THEIR ACCOUNTS. FREE & LIFETIME MEMBRES DON’T NEED TO RENEW THEIR ACCOINTS.
- PREMIUM MEMBERS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT NEXT YEAR’S MEMBERSHIP FEE TO RENEW THEIR ACCOUNTS.
STEPS TO RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- If, and only if, you are a Premium Member, and you wish to Renew your Membership for the next year, go to your Account Page.
- Follow one of the following links to edit your Account:
- In the top corner of the Right Sidebar of the HOMEPAGE, there is a Member’s Area box. Within this box, you will find two buttons. The one labeled “Logout” will allow you to log out of your account; and the one labeled “Account” will take you to your Profile Page.
- In the Left Sidebar of the REGISTRATION PAGE, there is the same Member’s Area box found in the Homepage mentioned above. Follow the button labeled “Account” to go to your Profile Page.
- Once you reach your Account Page, go to the Profile Page.
- Once you reach your Profile Page, scroll down until you reach to the “Account” section. Here you will be able to see three things:
- The type of Membership Package you have which is either a Free, Premium or Lifetime Membership Package;
- The number of days left before your account will expire; and
Note: The number starts at 365 for the number of days left for the year. As time goes, you will notice the number go down until, at last reaches 0, which means your Account has expired. If you are a Free or Lifetime Member, you will always only see 0 (zero), which means your account will never expire.
- A “Renew Account” button.
4. Click on the “Renew Account” button if and when you are ready to Renew your Membership. This will take you to the homepage of the website. Notice an Alert Message that is displayed at the very top of the page saying: “Administrator was notified about account renew request. Back to Admin”.
5. Keep a look-out for an Email from TAP-Ethiopia Requesting Payment for the Renewal of your Account.
NOTE: The payment request provides a link to a secure page that contains Payment Details, Payment Instructions, and an online Payment Confirmation Form.

- Submit your payment by following the instructions provided on this page.
- After making your payment, fill-out and submit the Payment Confirmation Form.
- Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a third email for a secure link to Set your Login Password.
